Blames Liberals

I grew up in the small town of North Webster in the ’50s and ’60s. I had wonderful parents. A man and a woman.
They were loving and strict. We respected our elders, teachers and the police. I was taught responsibility and honesty.
In grade school we always started our day with the Pledge of Allegiance and the Lord's prayer. We learned and lived the 10 commandments.
In 1964 I was in the eighth grade. Our English teacher gave us an assignment to bring an item to school and give a speech about it. I chose a Remington shotgun. I labeled the gun with stickers. Receiver, stock, safety, etc. Living in town I walked to school on the assigned day with the shotgun. Into the school, down the hall and placed the gun in my locker. No one gave me a second thought. When class time arrived, I picked the shotgun out of my locker, headed to class and gave my speech.
After school I retrieved the gun and headed home. Walking through the parking lot there were many older boys trucks with gun racks in the rear window stocked up with rifles or shotguns. A very common sight and no one bothered locking up the truck as no one would steal from you.
What has happened in the last 50 plus years?
It is not the gun. It's the liberal/socialist leaders who want to destroy the U.S.A. as we knew it.
It is an anything goes attitude and society. If you feel like it, do it. No responsibility for your actions. No pride in yourself or what you do.
Today, video games for kids depict shooting and killing human targets to score points for how many people you can kill. Shooting someone becomes no big deal.
The mainstream media promotes bad behavior and liberal prosecutors side with the criminal not the victim.
Billy goes to school and announces he is now Brenda and wants to shower with your daughters and compete with them in sports. The media and woke school boards support Billy in his quest to find his identity. He can't quite figure out if he is a boy or girl when a simple look down below reveals the answer.
The woke corporations are going to find out there is no pot of gold at the end of the "Rainbow.”
All is not lost yet. There is a well-armed silent majority slowing waking up.
