• 4:30 a.m. Monday - Derrick Louis Feeny, 35, of 4110 N. Bird View Drive, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16 and disorderly conduct. No bond set.

• 3:54 p.m. Monday - Nathaniel John Helm, 37, Rochester, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension and operating a vehicle without financial responsibility with a prior. No bond set.

• 4:08 p.m. Monday - Donald Michael Chadwick Jr, 49, of 242 E. Burkhart Drive, Warsaw, arrested on a bond revocation. No bond set.

• 5:08 p.m. Monday - Jesse Todd Carandante, 32, Kimmell, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,500.

• 7:06 p.m. Monday - Louji Jean Helser, 26, of 603 W. Elm St., Pierceton, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.

• 9:37 p.m. Monday - Elijah Joe Kessens, 18, of 5209 N. CR 900E, North Webster, arrested on a warrant. Bond: $600.

• 9:57 a.m. Tuesday - Seth Andrew Chandler, 22, of 207 S. Maple St., Pierceton, arrested for theft with a prior conviction and misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.

• 11:23 a.m. Tuesday - Justin Lee Poe, 36, Huntington, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.

• 1:20 p.m. Tuesday - Jonathan Michael Stump, 27, of 230 S. East St., North Webster, arrested for felony theft. Bond: $5,250.

• 4:39 p.m. Monday - Intersection of West Lake Street and Meadow Lark Boulevard, Warsaw. Mo-ped-car collision. Drivers: James K. Ingram, 60, Sue Avenue, Warsaw; Lauren C. Teter, 25, North Sand Dollar Drive, Warsaw. Injury: Ingram had minor bleeding to the entire body. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 11:02 p.m. Monday - South CR 600W, 10 feet north of West Red Bird Lane, Mentone. Car hit tree stump and shrub. Driver: Jacob R. Barger, 22, Churubusco. Injury: Barger complained of an abrasion to the left forearm. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 4:49 a.m. Tuesday - West Old 30, 2,500 feet east of North CR 350W, Warsaw. Pickup hit deer. Driver: David R. Bauer, 42, South CR 100E, Claypool. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.

• 2:38 p.m. Monday - A computer, debit card, microwave, china set, Christmas ornaments and coins were reported stolen in the 400 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.

• 2:40 p.m. Monday - An emergency detention order was requested in the 100 block of East Baker Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 4:16 p.m. Monday - Fraud was reported in the 2100 block of East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 7:55 p.m. Monday - An emergency detention order was requested in the 2400 block of West CR 250S, Warsaw. KCSO.

• 9:56 p.m. Monday - A warrant was served in the 5200 block of North CR 900E, North Webster. KCSO.
