• 4:41 p.m. Tuesday - Rose Marie Howell, 62, of 5378 W. Warren Ave., Silver Lake, arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. No bond set.

• 1:46 a.m. Wednesday - Donald Ray Bryant Jr., 30, of 106 N. High St., Silver Lake, arrested for possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle and felony failure to appear. No bond set.

• 3:49 a.m. Wednesday - Jesus Joshua Barrera, 28, of 23 N. Surf Drive, North Manchester, arrested for possession of a controlled substance. Bond: $5,250.

• 9:56 a.m. Wednesday - Steven Dale Gross, 46, Peru, Ind., arrested for violation of a conditional license. Bond: $500.

Arter, 43, South CR 900W, Pierceton; Margaret Szondy, 51, Woodbury, Minn. Injury: Arter was transported to Whitley County Hospital for complaint of pain to the entire body. Damage: $50,000-$100,000.
