    Notice Is Hereby  Given, That The Kosciusko  County  Area Plan Commission Shall Hold A Public Hearing On A Petition  Filed by Jonathan Knisely Requesting An Amendment To the Kosciusko  County Zoning  Ordinance, To Reclassify  From an: Industrial 2 District to an Agricultural District, The Following Real Estate,  located  on

    003-027-0061 S PT SW  1-32-5  18.62A   Wayne  And Described As Follows on the 2nd page, To Wit:

    A tract of land located in the State of Indiana, County of Kosciusko, Township being a portion of Section One (1), township 32 north, range 5 east 32 North Range 5 East bounded on the South by Old u.s. -30 and more fully described as follows to-wit:

    Commencing at the Southeast corner of the Southwest Quarter of Section One (1), Township 32, North Range 5 East; thence West 1,106.5 feet along the South line of said Southwest Quarter, also being the centerline of Old u.s.-30; thence  North  01 degrees 25 minutes 58 seconds East 434.98 feet to an iron pipe; thence to an iron pipe; thence North 01 degrees 25 minutes 58 seconds East 79.74 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing North 01 degrees 25 minutes 58 seconds East to the center of the Tippecanoe River; thence in a Westerly direction following the center of said river to a point that is 1,060 feet East of the West line of said Quarter Section (said 1,060 feet being measured on a line parallel to the South line of said Quarter Section); thence South 01 degrees 16 minutes 06 seconds West to a one-half  inch iron rebar which is 190.00 feet North of the South line of said Quarter Section; thence North 89 degrees 59 minute 53 seconds West 53 feet to a one-half inch rebar; thence South 01 degrees 16 minutes 06 seconds East 190.00 feet to the South line of said Quarter Section; thence South 89 degrees 59 minutes 53 seconds East 103.00 feet; thence North 01 degrees 16 minutes 06 seconds East 515.70 feet to a one-half inch rebar; thence 561.92 feet to the point of beginning.

    This Change Is Requested To Permit  the Above Described  Real Estate  to Be Used For The Purpose of Agricultural Uses as defined  in the Kosciusko County  Zoning Ordinance.

    This Hearing  Will Be Held  in the: Commissioner's Meeting Room, County  Court House 100 W Center St., Warsaw On 08/03/2022 At l:00 P.M.

    All Interested Persons Are Invited To Attend To Be Heard.    Written  Comments Will Be Considered If They Are Received  In The Office  Of The Kosciusko County  Planning Department, Court House, Warsaw,  Indiana, No Later Than 12:00  Noon  On The Day Of The Hearing.
