Health Dept. Offers Children’s Immunizations For School

They are available at the KCHD, K21 Pavilion, 1515 Provident Drive, Suite 160, Warsaw, from 8:30 a.m. to noon and 1:15 to 4 p.m. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Call 574-267-7028 for an appointment.
This immunization clinic provides routine vaccinations for children and teens that are required for school.
Immunization, also called vaccination, is a “highly effective, safe and easy way to help keep your family healthy,” according to a flyer from the KCHD.
Indiana school children going into kindergarten, sixth grade and 12th grade are required to receive age-specific immunizations before school starts this fall.
