• 5:07 p.m. Thursday - Bryan David Trager, 59, of 230 S. East St., North Webster, arrested for being a habitual traffic violator. Bond: $5,250.

• 7:54 p.m. Thursday - Christopher Lee Dean, 31, Montgomery, Ala., arrested for theft of a motor vehicle. Bond: $11,000.

• 9:08 p.m. Thursday - Juan Carlos Lopez, 30, of 2441 W. CR 250S, Warsaw, arrested for being a habitual traffic violator. Bond: $5,250.

• 10:43 a.m. Friday - Shane Michael Ostendorf, 36, of 677 Walter Way, #D, Warsaw, arrested for criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon. Bond: $5,250.

• 3:21 p.m. Thursday - Intersection of Ind. 25 and West CR 100S, Warsaw. Pickup-car collision. Drivers: Ayden J. Petermann, 19, Bristol; Morgen L. Nifong, 28, West CR 900S, Silver Lake. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. WPD.

• 4:03 a.m. Friday - North Ind. 13, 400 feet north of East CR 150N, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Laura C. Koze, 27, Ligonier. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 9:40 p.m. Friday - 202 E. Main St., Mentone. SUV hit sign post. Driver: Elijah N. Hurley, 27, Fort Wayne. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Mentone Police Department investigated.

• 4:56 p.m. Thursday - Theft of a motor vehicle was reported in the 5400 block of Ind. 15, Warsaw. KCSO.

• 5:18 p.m. Thursday - Criminal mischief was reported in the 5500 block of North CR 450E, Leesburg. KCSO.

• 6:08 p.m Thursday - A juvenile complaint was reported in the 500 block of Crestlane Drive, Warsaw. WPD.

• 7:16 p.m. Thursday - A traffic stop was initiated for a person driving while suspended with a prior suspension in the 500 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 9:38 p.m. Thursday - A person was arrested for being a habitual traffic violator in the 7300 block of West Crystal Lake Road, Warsaw. KCSO.

• 1:56 a.m. Friday - A person was arrested for possession methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia in the 800 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.
