• 11:46 a.m. Wednesday - Timothy Mark Bush Jr., 38, of 1180 W. Lake St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $5,250.

• 4:23 p.m. Wednesday - Joshua Terry Smith, 35, of 1832 Cambridge Drive, Warsaw, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.

• 8:13 p.m. Wednesday - Christian Michael McQuade, 28, of 27 EMS B59 Lane, Warsaw, arrested for theft of a motor vehicle, resisting a law enforcement officer using a vehicle and reckless driving. No bond set.

• 8:16 p.m. Wednesday - Dominick Evan Haney, 21, Rochester, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and possession of paraphernalia. No bond set.

• 8:23 p.m. Wednesday - Luis Felipe, 38, of 206 E. North St., North Webster, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.

• 8:29 p.m. Wednesday - Ashley Nicole Moody, 35, of 863 Carrington Blvd., Warsaw, arrested for felony probation violation. No bond set.

Drivers: Sondra Dicken, 86, Lakewood Hills Drive, Warsaw; Louise Hopkins, 80, North Colfax Street, Warsaw. Injuries: Dicken and Hopkins complained of chest pain. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 12:01 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of South County Farm Road and West CR 600S, Claypool. SUV hit Kosciusko REMC utility pole. Driver: Kelly C. Hoover, 17, South County Farm Road, Claypool. Injury: Hoover had an abrasion to the elbow/lower arm. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Claypool Police Department investigated.

• 7:14 p.m. Wednesday - A suicidal attempt was reported in the 3100 block of East Wooster Road, Pierceton. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.

• 8:13 p.m. Wednesday - Domestic battery with moderate bodily injury was reported in the 800 block of Carrington Boulevard, Warsaw. WPD.

• 9:54 p.m. Wednesday - A person was arrested for theft of motor vehicle, reckless driving and resisting law enforcement using a vehicle in the 4000 block of East CR 300N, Warsaw. KCSO.

• 12:04 a.m. Thursday - Felony battery with moderate bodily injury was reported in the 600 block of West Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.
