• 3:10 p.m. Saturday - Ulises Ivan Jimenez Ramirez, 18, of 404 E. Rural St., Akron, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $500.

• 9:54 p.m. Saturday - Gustavo Sanchez Vega, 35, of 811 E. Clark St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $15,000.

• 2:23 p.m. Sunday - Kristen Nichole Dozier, 33, Ayden, N.C., arrested on a warrant. No bond listed.

• 1:19 a.m. Monday - Phom Ma Jack Davis Nakasen, 40, of 1115 W. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested for disorderly conduct and recklessness with a deadly weapon. No bond set.

• 3:25 a.m. Monday - Brooke Lynn Thompson, 32, of 5612 9B Road, Bourbon, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.

• 4:09 a.m. Monday - Christian Hernandez Rodriguez, 32, of 3699 N. CR 175E, lot 146, Warsaw, arrested for battery against a public safety official. Bond: $5,250.

• 1:12 a.m. Monday - 800 N. Park Ave., Warsaw. Pickup hit tree. Driver: Roberta D. Cook, 61, East Clark Street, Warsaw. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Injury: Cook complained of pain to her head and chest. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 1:40 a.m. Sunday - North CR 800W, 5,000 feet south of West CR 300N, Warsaw. Car hit tree and telephone box. Driver: Marcus M. Williams, 36, Elkhart. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 3:41 a.m. Sunday - West CR 600N, 3,500 feet east of North CR 300W, Warsaw. Car utility pole. Driver: Jack Daniels, 39, North Sir Gallahad Place, Cromwell. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. KCSO.

Get To Know The Team: Warsaw Captains Q&A
Earlier this week, I had the privilege of going to a Warsaw football practice and speaking with four of the team’s five captains. With so much having been written in recent weeks about their performance on the field, and rightfully so, I wanted to peel back the curtain a bit and ask them some questions about themselves.
