• 9:43 a.m. Wednesday - Casey Diane Joy, 26, of 117 W. Van Buren St., Leesburg, arrested for disorderly conduct and public indecency - public nudity. No bond set.

• 11:16 a.m. Wednesday - Michael Paul Piercy, 35, South Bend, arrested for misdemeanor probation violation. No bond set.

• 11:42 a.m. Wednesday - Miguel Raymond Castro, 28, of 501 N. Harrison St., Warsaw, arrested for felony probation violation. No bond set.

• 6:31 p.m. Wednesday - Kendra Dawn Holdeman, 44, of 19 E. North St., Milford, arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond listed.

• 7:12 p.m. Wednesday - Anthony Alan Blankenship, 34, of 1692 E. CR 200N, Warsaw, arrested for possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle. Bond: $5,250.

• 8 p.m. Wednesday - Miles Richards Williams, 54, Kimmell, arrested for misdemeanor driving while suspended, possession of paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine and on a foreign warrant. No bond set.

• 9:29 p.m. Wednesday - Jeff Allen Lawson, 46, of 870 N. Ind. 5, Cromwell, arrested for possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.

• 3:56 a.m. Thursday - Chase Steven Beyeller, 28, of 510 S. Harkless, Syracuse, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 9:30 a.m. Wednesday - Intersection of Ind. 15 and East Market Street, Warsaw. Unknown vehicle hit SUV; unknown vehicle left the scene. Remaining driver: Rebecca K. Smith, 59, West Nina Lane, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 4:13 a.m. Thursday - North Ind. 15, 500 feet north of West Plum Street, Leesburg. Pickup hit sign and went into ditch. Driver: Nicholas Roque, 20, South Warbler Lane, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 12:36 p.m. Wednesday - A hit-and-run accident was reported in the 100 block of South Higbee Street, Milford. KCSO.

• 1:25 p.m. Wednesday - Fraud was reported in the 8000 block of West CR 1350N, Nappanee. KCSO.

• 9:57 p.m. Wednesday - A warrant was served in the 7000 block of East CR 1000N, Syracuse. KCSO.

• 5:32 p.m. Wednesday - A death investigation was opened in the 7200 block of West CR 200N, Warsaw. KCSO.

• 8:21 p.m. Wednesday - A traffic stop occurred for a person driving while suspended with a prior suspension in the 9400 block of North CR 8450E, Syracuse. WPD.

• 2:07 a.m. Thursday - A person was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated in the 500 block of South Huntington Street, Syracuse. KCSO.

• 1:25 p.m. Thursday - A leather wallet was reported lost in the 300 block of North Parker Street, Warsaw. WPD.

Get To Know The Team: Warsaw Captains Q&A
Earlier this week, I had the privilege of going to a Warsaw football practice and speaking with four of the team’s five captains. With so much having been written in recent weeks about their performance on the field, and rightfully so, I wanted to peel back the curtain a bit and ask them some questions about themselves.
