successor in interest to JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association,

as Trustee for C-BASS Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates,

Series 2006-RP1, Plaintiff,

vs.

Leanna Brand, as Possible Heir to the

Estate of Trudy L. Kimes AKA Trudy Kimes, et al., Defendants.

    TO:  Deca Financial Services, LLC:

    BE IT KNOWN, that The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York as successor in interest to JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, as Trustee for C-BASS Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-RP1, the above-named Plaintiff, by its attorney, J. Dustin Smith, has filed in the office of the Clerk of the Kosciusko Superior Court #4 its Complaint against Defendant Deca Financial Services, LLC, and the said Plaintiff having also filed in said Clerk’s office the affidavit of a competent person showing that the residence and whereabouts of the Defendant, Deca Financial Services, LLC, upon diligent inquiry is unknown, and that said cause of action is for default on the promissory note and to foreclose a mortgage on the following described real estate in Kosciusko County, State of Indiana, to wit:

    Beginning at a point 40 feet East of the Southwest corner of Lot Number 3, in Block Numbered 3 in the First Addition to Lakeview Park, Barbee Lake, Kosciusko County, Indiana, and running thence North 175.8 feet to an iron pipe; thence East 40 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 175.8 feet to the South line of Lot Numbered 4 in Block Numbered 3 of said Addition; thence West 40 feet to the place of beginning; saving and excepting from the above described tract the following parts thereof, to-wit: The North 50 feet thereof and all that part of the above described tract lying between the Old County Road and the new County Road comprising the Southeast part of the above described tract.

    commonly known as 5 Ems B73 Lane, Warsaw, IN 46582.

    NOW, THEREFORE, said Defendant is hereby notified of the filing and pendency of said Complaint against them and that unless they appear and answer or otherwise defend thereto within thirty (30) days after the last notice of this action is published, judgment by default may be entered against said Defendant for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
