• 6:13 p.m. Wednesday - Charles William Dove, 38, Michigan City, arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond listed.

• 7:06 p.m. Wednesday - Philip Matthew Oest, 34, of 101 E. Main St., #103, Syracuse, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16 and domestic battery - simple assault. Bond: $10,500.

• 10:40 a.m. Wednesday - Brandon John Bellamy, 42, of 317 W. Smith St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.

• 11:34 p.m. Wednesday - Randall Joseph Murphy, 62, of 9205 E. Doswell Blvd., Cromwell, arrested for battery against a public safety official and resisting law enforcement - fighting. No bond set.

• 1:21 a.m. Thursday - Sammy Jo Banks, 39, of 9952 N. American Way, Syracuse, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 1:33 a.m. Thursday - Todd Robert Valentine, 45, of 10697 N. Ind. 13, Syracuse, arrested for felony probation violation. No bond set.

Get To Know The Team: Warsaw Captains Q&A
Earlier this week, I had the privilege of going to a Warsaw football practice and speaking with four of the team’s five captains. With so much having been written in recent weeks about their performance on the field, and rightfully so, I wanted to peel back the curtain a bit and ask them some questions about themselves.
