In December, the John C. Peterson American Legion Auxiliary Unit 49 of Warsaw teamed up with Titus Funeral Home of Warsaw to help keep kids in Leesburg Elementary School warm this winter season by donating 200 pairs of gloves. The gloves are for school children in kindergarten to sixth grade. To help in donating to local schools, contact Debbie Sponseller, community services chairman, at Warsaw American Legion on Buffalo Street.
