The Indiana Association of School Principals (IASP) recently announced the Rising Stars of Indiana Class of 2023.

Each Indiana high school was invited to recognize up to four students currently in the 11th grade, based on their academic achievement, according to a news release from Warsaw Community Schools.

Schools are directed to select nominees based on criteria such as number of advanced classes taken (AP, IB, ACP and/or dual credit), standardized test scores, extracurricular activities, both academic and non-academic, leadership and community service and involvement.

The four scholars selected at Warsaw Community High School are Keller Bailey, Cordelia Grandon, Edward Robison and Keely Roe.

Leah Sprunger, assistant principal for the class of 2023, offered her congratulations and treated Rising Star recipients to a lunch at the Blue Apron.
