The Kosciusko County Special Olympics Panthers basketball team played the Allen County Raiders on Thursday at the Presbyterian Church in Warsaw on a blustery winter night.  

The Allen County Raiders defeated the Kosciusko County Panthers by a score of 26 to 3.  

The Kosciusko County Panthers have qualified to advance to the sectional tournament scheduled for March 19 in Logansport.

Becky Walls, Special Olympics County Coordinator, would like to thank the Presbyterian Church for hosting the game along with Panther coaches, Amy Brown and Chrissy Rice.  A special thanks for volunteer referees, John Lacheta, Cory Kindig and Klarisa Kindig.

Becky Walls announced that Special Olympics Bowling will be starting mid-March.
