• 4:36 p.m. Thursday - Victor Olatunja Fasanya, 46, Columbia City, arrested for misdemeanor battery. Bond: $600.

• 6:07 p.m. Thursday - Patrick Scott Johnson, 29, of 201 S. Detroit St., #160, Warsaw, arrested for possession of a controlled substance. Bond: $5,250.

• 6:54 p.m. Thursday - Daniel E. Lybarger, 47, of 7021 W. CR 1000W, Warsaw, arrested for cruelty to animals. Bond: $500.

• 10:17 p.m. Thursday - Christian Hernandez Rodriguez, 32, of 3699 N. CR 175E, #146, Warsaw, arrested for criminal mischief. Bond: $500.
