• 5:40 p.m. Thursday - Tony Jordan Yowell, 24, Goshen, arrested for theft of a vehicle, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, reckless driving, obstruction of justice, resisting a law enforcement officer - fleeing on foot, unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle, resisting a law enforcement officer - using a vehicle and felon in possession of a firearm.
