• 4:29 p.m. Sunday - Jacob Ross Suber, 26, of 418 S. Washington St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension and operating a vehicle without financial responsibility with a prior. No bond set.

• 8:43 p.m. Sunday - Joaquin Reyna Garcia, 33, of 3104 E. Wooster Road, #58, Pierceton, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16. Bond: $6,000.

• 12:29 a.m. Monday - Heather Marie Tackitt, 41, of 10612N CR 200E, Milford, arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. No bond set.

• 5:18 p.m. Sunday - East CR 1300N, 1,500 feet west of North Kern Road, Syracuse. Pickup hit fence. Driver: Austin L. Myers, 18, Turkey Creek Drive, Milford. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSO.

• 7:32 p.m. Sunday - South Ind. 15, 900 feet south of West Union Street, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Michael L. Beard, 65, South Lake Sharon Road, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.

• 8:21 p.m. Sunday - East CR 1300N, 50 feet west of North Kern Road, Syracuse. Car hit mailbox. Driver: Ashlyn S. Blocher, 19, Heron Boulevard, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSO.

• 7:10 a.m. Monday - Intersection of South CR 600W and West CR 600S, Mentone. Car hit Kosciusko REMC utility pole. Driver: Michael A. Meade, 46, North Franklin Street, Mentone. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.

• 7:52 a.m. Monday - Invasion of privacy was reported in the 3800 block of West CR 750S, Claypool. KCSO.

• 5:43 a.m. Monday - A person was arrested for resisting a law enforcement officer using a vehicle in the 700 block of South Warbler Lane, Warsaw. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.

• 6:55 a.m. Monday - A warrant was served in the 1800 block of West Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.
