• 4:50 p.m. Monday - Joshua Anthony Adamson, 38, of 428 W. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, arrested for rape-intercourse and sexual misconduct with a minor. No bond set.

• 5:28 p.m. Monday - Corey Allen Brunson, 41, of 223 W. Jefferson St., #3, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.

• 6:04 p.m. Monday - Haley Dawn Fountain, 29, of 944 E. Garfield St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of cocaine or narcotic drug, escape, felony probation violation and misdemeanor probation violation. No bond set.

• 12:20 a.m. Tuesday - Zachary S. Krumwied, 38, of 3701 E. Autumn Trail, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 2:22 a.m. Tuesday - Nicholas Allen Williamson, 39, of 2668 S. Southwood Drive, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension and on a warrant. No bond set.

• 7:48 p.m. Monday - North Ind. 13, 3,000 feet south of East CR 150N, Warsaw. SUV hit deer. Driver: Tristan J. Tom, 17, East CR 800N, Syracuse. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 4:21 p.m. Monday - A person was arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish, possession of paraphernalia and on a warrant in the 200 block of West Jefferson Street, Warsaw. WPD.

Warsaw Gets Past Goshen On Penalty Kicks, Advances
A September match between the Warsaw and Goshen girls soccer teams resulted in a 1-1 tie after a hard-fought match. Tuesday night, the two teams met for a second time on a much bigger stage: the opening round of the 3A girls soccer sectional tournament at Elkhart High School. With a winner having to emerge this time around, it came down to penalty kicks, with the Lady Tigers winning 5-3 after a 0-0 tie.
