• 1:31 p.m. Thursday - Spring Flower Bubb, 46, Wabash, arrested on two charges of felony failure to appear. No bond set.

• 2:09 p.m. Thursday - Cameron Kyle Patterson, 26, of 81 Meadows, Nappanee, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $5,250.

• 2:18 p.m. Thursday - Zachary Allen Evett, 27, of 9736 N. Seneca Lane, Cromwell, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 4:41 p.m. Thursday - Henry Daniel Williamson, 23, of 2609 Wildwood Lane, Winona Lake, arrested for aggravated battery. Bond: $20,250.

• 6:57 p.m. Thursday - Jack Allen Pook, 58, of 6446 W. Pook Road, South Whitley, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $5,250.

• 10:33 p.m. Thursday - Ethal Faye Baldridge, 18, of 109 W. Emeline St., Milford, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, possession of paraphernalia, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and possession of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $700.

• 2:40 a.m. Friday - Brock Payton Roy, 22, Columbia City, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 4:57 a.m. Friday - Zihkell Jones, 28, of 207 Walnut St., Nappanee, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $600.

• 5:22 a.m. Friday - Amanda Suzanne Zachary, 43, of 5903 E. CR 500N, Leesburg, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Bond: $5,250.

• 6:35 a.m. Friday - Alberto Cuautle, 48, of 3699 N. CR 175E, #176, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.

• 7:54 p.m. Thursday - U.S. 30, 500 feet east of North CR 200W, Warsaw. SUV hit deer. Driver: David O. Bradley, 35, Valparaiso. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.

• 8:58 p.m. Thursday - A suicide attempt was reported in the 1100 block of Heron Boulevard, Warsaw. WPD.
