A swearing-in ceremony for those elected this year to county offices and township trustees took place Tuesday morning after the Kosciusko County commissioners meeting. Judge Michael Reed gave the elected officials the oath of office in the old courtroom of the county courthouse. County officials sworn in were (L to R), front row: Michael Long, county council district 2; Rhonda Helser, auditor; Gail Chapman, assessor; Deborah Wright, recorder; back row: Brad Voelz, prosecutor; James Smith, sheriff; Robert Conley, commissioner southern district; David Wolkins, county council district 4; and Anthony Ciriello, county council district 3. Not present was Kimberly Cates, county council district 1.
