• 3:33 p.m. Monday - Joe Angel Rodriguez, 32, of 102 N. Main St., Sidney, arrested for theft of a motor vehicle. Bond: $5,250.

• 6:01 p.m. Monday - Kenny Lynn Ferguson, 51, of 201 E. Greenhaus Drive, #55, Syracuse, arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $15,250.

• 6:33 p.m. Monday - Kenneth R. Wright, 52, of 8243 E. CR 900N, Syracuse, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16. Bond: $6,000.

• 10:11 p.m. Monday - Chris L. Hughes, 43, Chicago, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $15,000.

• 9:43 p.m. Monday - East Center Street, 50 feet east of North Hickory Street, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Casey L. Guzman, 55, East Baker Street, Warsaw; Michael J. Koon, 58, North Colfax Street, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 7:59 a.m. Tuesday - 1 Tiger Lane, Warsaw. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Addison M. Coy, 15, EMS B18 Lane, Pierceton; Shirley L. Fleming, 54, Pheasant Ridge Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 8:13 p.m. Monday - A person was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated in the 3300 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.
