The undersigned, under the penalties for perjury, says:
1. He is the attorney for the Plaintiffs in their cause of action to quiet title to real estate.
2. There are potential persons, unknown, and named as Defendants who either cannot be found within the State of Indiana, or their addresses and identities cannot readily be identified and ascertained.
3. The real estate described in the Complaint is located in Kosciusko County, Indiana, and therefore, the Court has subject matter jurisdiction and publication of notice in the county in which the real estate is located is therefore appropriate.
