• 1:50 p.m. Monday - Anthony Wayne Collins, 21, Peru, Ind., arrested for theft and on a warrant. No bond set.

• 6 p.m. Monday - Christopher Ryan Doty, 29, of 612 E. Miami Drive, Syracuse, arrested for nonsupport of a dependent/child violations. Bond: $15,000.

• 7:22 p.m. Monday - Gustavor Pizano Yepez, 43, of 1615 E. Sheridan St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. No bond set.

• 10:39 p.m. Monday - Kelsey Jy-Mani Hollinger, 22, Monroeville, Ala., arrested for operating a vehicle with a controlled substance in the body - first offense and possession of paraphernalia. No bond set.

• 10:54 a.m. Monday - Jessie Lee Graff, 34, of 203 E. Van Buren St., Leesburg, arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond set.

• 4:17 p.m. Monday - South Kinsey Road, 1,500 feet south of West Hoppus Road, Claypool. Tree fell on car. Driver: Heather Sanders, 40, West CR 100S, Warsaw. Injury: Sanders had minor lacerations to hand. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Claypool Police Department investigated.

• 4:21 p.m. Monday - Intersection of South County Farm Road and Park Ridge Drive, Warsaw. SUV hit tree in roadway. Driver: Kimberly A. Busz, 32, East Main Street, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 4:19 p.m. Monday - Misdemeanor battery was reported in the 2100 block of Dubois Drive, Warsaw. WPD.

• 5:36 p.m. Monday - A person was arrested for possession of cocaine and operating a vehicle while intoxicated in the 1700 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 6:20 p.m. Monday - A hit-and-run accident was reported in the 11200 block of North East Wawasee Drive, Syracuse. KCSO.

• 11:57 p.m. Monday - A glass smoking device was reported found in the 300 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 10:21 a.m. Tuesday - An emergency detention order was requested in the 1300 block of Husky Trail, Warsaw. WPD.
