• 9:39 a.m. Sunday - Daniel Lee Halsey Jr., 39, of 1606 Tippecanoe Drive, #2B, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery - simple assault. Bond: $1,000.

• 5:18 p.m. Sunday - Isaiah Jon Newell, 25, of 5003 W. CR 1500N, Silver Lake, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.

• 6:13 p.m. Sunday - James Ray Parkhurst II, 30, of 2615 Wayside Court, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $5,000.

• 1:56 a.m. Monday - Randy L. Curtis, 48, Joliet, Ill., arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $15,000.

Accident

• 3:10 p.m. Saturday - North Ind. 13, 1,000 feet north of East CR 800N, North Webster. Two-SUV collision. Drivers: Jonathan K. Henson, 27, North Branch Street, Syracuse; Timothy A. Ness, 60, Andrews. Injury: Henson suffered a broken leg and arm and was transported to a hospital. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office.

• 4:40 p.m. Sunday - 801 Buffalo St., Warsaw. Car hit bench and cigarette receptacle. Driver: Jaimie N. Albert, 32, West Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 1:19 p.m. Saturday - Residential entry was reported in the 1500 block of Dot Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 3:40 p.m. Saturday - A warrant was served in the 3300 block of Old Colony Road, Warsaw. WPD.

• 3:58 p.m. Saturday - Residential entry was reported in the 1900 block of Sand Dollar Drive, Warsaw. WPD.

• 5:19 p.m. Saturday - A hit-and-run accident was reported in the 1600 block of East CR 200N, Warsaw. KCSO.

• 8:15 p.m. Saturday - A hit-and-run accident was reported in the 500 block of East Market Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 2:01 a.m. Sunday - An animal bite was reported in the 4800 block of East CR 600S, Warsaw. KCSO.

• 8:14 a.m. Sunday - A warrant was served in the 8900 block of East CR 350N, Pierceton. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 4:09 p.m. Sunday - A bicycle was reported found in the 700 block of North Cook Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 5:13 p.m. Sunday - An emergency detention order was requested in the 200 block of Rattington Circle, Warsaw. WPD.

• 9:52 p.m. Sunday - A hit-and-run accident was reported in the 3300 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.

• 5:11 a.m. Monday - Unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle was reported in the 600 block of Walter Way, Warsaw. WPD.

• 5:49 a.m. Monday - A person was cited for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension in the 1300 block of Wooster Road, Winona Lake. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.

• 7:27 a.m. Monday - Theft of a firearm from a vehicle was reported in the 500 block of North Columbia Street, Warsaw. WPD.
