The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 2:32 p.m. Tuesday - Trenton Lamar Thornburg, 27, of 111 S. Wood St., #E, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior. Bond: $700.

• 3:46 p.m. Tuesday - Peggie Sue Greer, 64, of 8607 S. Yellow View Lane, Claypool, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 5:12 p.m. Tuesday - Homer Ray Morace III, 54, homeless, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. No bond set.

• 6:22 p.m. Tuesday - Jeffery Kent Warner, 42, of 1823 Cambridge Drive, Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine and driving while suspended with a prior suspension. No bond set.

• 2:44 a.m. Wednesday - Cody L. Groninger, 39, New Haven, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior and disorderly conduct. No bond set.

• 2:15 p.m. Tuesday - Silveus Crossing, 630 feet south of Polk Drive, Warsaw. Pickup hit deer. Driver: Melisa A. Contreras, 42, East Brookfield Circle, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 8:40 a.m. Tuesday - A warrant was served in the 200 block of West Main Street, Warsaw. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 4:18 p.m. Tuesday - A debit/credit card was reported stolen from a vehicle in the 200 block of North Tepee, Warsaw. KCSO.

• 5:31 p.m. Tuesday - A traffic stop was initiated for a person in possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension in the 100 block of South Lake Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 8:22 p.m. Tuesday - An emergency detention order was requested in the 4100 block of North Lighthouse Drive, Warsaw. KCSO.

• 7:06 p.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested for public intoxication by alcohol in the 700 block of East Market Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 3:05 a.m. Wednesday - A person was arrested for disorderly conduct and operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior in the 12900 block of South CR 750W, Akron. KCSO.
