• 2:01 p.m. Monday - Joshaun Daytwon Franklin, 27, Kokomo, arrested for intimidation, invasion of privacy and two charges of misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.

• 8:55 p.m. Monday - Rebecca Sue Batalis, 46, Liberty Mills, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. No bond set.

• 12:22 a.m. Tuesday - Phyllis A. Grimes, 42, of 4392 E. Fox Run Drive, Syracuse, arrested for refusal to submit to a chemical test, operating a vehicle while intoxicated, resisting law enforcement and battery against a public official. No bond set.

• 6:13 a.m. Tuesday - Nicholas Scott Helsel, 30, of 129 E. Main St., #½, North Manchester, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension and on a foreign warrant. No bond set.

• 8:15 a.m. Tuesday - Nathaniel Allen Bodkin, 34, of 2441 W. CR 250S, #131, Warsaw, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,500.

• 4:32 p.m. Monday - Intersection of West Center and North Washington streets, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Eduar Javier J. Almendares Caceres, 18, North Washington Street, Warsaw; Kendall L. Aguillon, 23, West Center Street, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 8:57 p.m. Monday - 401 N. TK Way, North Webster. Pickup hit wall of garage. Driver: Jeffrey S. Smith, 64, TK Way, North Webster. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. North Webster Police Department investigated.

• 7:54 a.m. Tuesday - West Winona Avenue, 100 feet west of Westcreek Drive, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Jaylyn A. Dobbins, 20, Woodlawn Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 2:23 p.m. Monday - Money was reported stolen from Pizza Hut in the 3300 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.

• 4:23 p.m. Monday - A hit-and-run accident was reported in the 2000 block of North CR 100E, Warsaw. WPD.

• 7:44 p.m. Monday - A hit-and-run accident was reported in the 1000 block of Ranch Road, Warsaw. WPD.

• 2:36 a.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested for battery against a public official, operating a vehicle while intoxicated and resisting a law enforcement officer - fighting in the 500 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 5:28 a.m. Tuesday - A traffic stop was initiated for a person driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension in the 7000 block of South Packerton Road, Claypool. Claypool Police Department investigated.

• 7:39 a.m. Tuesday - An involuntary detention was requested in the 900 block of Anchorage Road, Warsaw. WPD.

• 8:35 a.m. Tuesday - Drugs/drug paraphernalia was reported found in the 200 block of North Grant Street, Warsaw. WPD.
