• 4:56 a.m. Sunday - Sabrina Danielle Whitaker, 28, of 1736 W. CR 1200S, Silver Lake, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of 0.15 or more. Bond: $700.

• 11:56 a.m. Sunday - Tasha Marie Bratten, 33, homeless, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.

• 4:54 p.m. Sunday - Walter Fredi Xolop Manuel, 44, of 1400 Chestnut St., Winona Lake, arrested for domestic battery, strangulation and confinement. No bond set.

• 7:21 p.m. Sunday - Lonnie C. Rake, 65, of 9521 E. Pixie Parkway, Cromwell, arrested for misdemeanor battery. Bond: $600.

• 11:24 a.m. Monday - Elizabeth A. Shadle, 38, Kendallville, arrested for theft of auto parts. No bond set.

• 9:34 p.m. Saturday - Intersection of Ind. 15 and Gilliam Drive, Warsaw. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Fredy A. Vasquez Perez, 24, West Old 30, Warsaw; Shakira I. Rico, 16, Summertown, Tenn. Injuries: Vasquez Perez was found unconscious and was transported to Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne; Rico complained of knee pain; a passenger in Rico’s vehicle, Lilibeth Rico, 15, North Ind. 15, Leesburg, complained of leg pain. Damage: $50,000-$100,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 1:07 p.m. Sunday - South Ind. 25, 800 feet north of West CR 100S, Warsaw. SUV hit dog. Driver: Doris A. Taylor, 43, South Paxton Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.

• 5:49 p.m. Sunday - 9530 E. Pixie Parkway, Cromwell. Pickup hit unoccupied an unoccupied vehicle registered to Donovan J. Lindsey, South Lake Street, Warsaw. Driver: Lonnie C. Rake, 65, East Pixie Parkway, Cromwell. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSO.
