• 4:54 p.m. Sunday - Walter Fredi Xolop Manuel, 44, of 1400 Chestnut St., Winona Lake, arrested for domestic battery, strangulation and confinement. No bond set.

Injuries: Vasquez Perez was found unconscious and was transported to Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne; Rico complained of knee pain; a passenger in Rico’s vehicle, Lilibeth Rico, 15, North Ind. 15, Leesburg, complained of leg pain. Damage: $50,000-$100,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
