• 3:43 p.m. Monday - Jeffrey Wayne Reece, 45, of 230 S. East St., North Webster, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.

• 4:32 p.m. Monday - Kameron Jeffery Banks, 24, of 735 W. Center St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.

• 4:59 p.m. Monday - Earle Richard Hanlin, 69, of 62 EMS T8 Lane, Leesburg, arrested for disorderly conduct and misdemeanor battery. No bond set.

• 6:36 p.m. Monday - Christopher Elias Chavez, 33, of 1692 E. CR 200N, #206, Warsaw, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.

• 9:13 p.m. Monday - Anthony Jay Searfoss, 22, of 4211 S. Scott Road, Claypool, arrested for intimidation. Bond: $10,250.

• 12:28 a.m. Tuesday - Candy C. Deantes, 19, of 1522 E. CR 550S, Warsaw, arrested for operating a  vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

Injuries: Shaffner-Buda complained of neck pain; passenger in Shaffner-Buda’s vehicle, Landyn Dewitt, 18, Springhill Road, Warsaw, complained of hip/upper leg pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 2:25 p.m. Monday - Misdemeanor battery was reported in the 2100 block in Dubois Drive, Warsaw. WPD.

• 4:07 p.m. Monday - A traffic stop was initiated for a person driving while suspended with a prior suspension in the 800 block of North Parker Street, Warsaw. WPD.
