• 7:08 p.m. Monday - Jerald Jerome Womack, 59, of 601 W. Prairie St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish, reckless driving and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. No bond set.

• 7:55 p.m. Monday - Lindsay Clare Krieg, 26, of 428 W. Tanya Ave., North Webster, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish with a prior and possession of paraphernalia. No bond set.

• 10:23 p.m. Monday - Kimberly Kay Busz, 36, of 316 S. Union St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of hypodermic syringe or needle, felony probation violation and on a bench warrant. Bond: $11,000.

• 10:03 p.m. Monday - Jose I. Lucio, 41, of 61 EMS W23 Lane, North Webster, arrested for possession of stolen property and trafficking with an inmate. No bond set.

• 1:38 a.m. Tuesday - Cory Eugene Iden, 39, of 5295 E. Bayview Drive, Syracuse, arrested for making a false identity statement and on a bench warrant. Bond: $950.

• 4:29 p.m. Monday - Intersection of South Ferguson Road and West CR 250S, Warsaw. Van-SUV collision. Drivers: Lacey M. Reyna, 19, South Oak Street, Warsaw; Rebbecca S. Woodall, 30, West Section Street, Claypool. Injuries: Reyna complained of neck pain; Woodall had minor bleeding to abdomen/pelvis; passengers in Reyna’s vehicle, Corinna M. Reyna, 18, South Oak Street, Warsaw, had minor bleeding to the knee/lower leg/foot; Malachi J. Reyna, 1, South Oak Street, Warsaw, had minor bleeding to the shoulder/upper arm; and passenger in Woodall’s vehicle, Gene H. Denz, 18, West CR 700S, Claypool, complained of pain to the shoulder/upper arm. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 10:04 p.m. Monday - West CR 900S, 500 feet west of South CR 825W, Akron. Car hit deer. Driver: Jamasyn K. Virgil, 18, West CR 900S, Claypool. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.
