• 7:16 p.m. Wednesday - Jonathan Kyle Henson, 26, of 1102 N. Lake View Ave., #3, Syracuse, arrested for possession of methamphetamine and felony failure to appear. No bond set.

• 7:28 p.m. Wednesday - Arthur D. Meadows, 61, of 112 N. Hickory St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and refusal to submit to a chemical test. No bond set.
