• 8:28 a.m. Tuesday - Amanda Joy Justice, 38, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, lot 185, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor probation violation. No bond set.

• 3:15 p.m. Tuesday - Ramon Hernan Guevara Lanza, 36, Peru, Ind., arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $505.

• 10:50 p.m. Tuesday - Arielle Danielle Reynolds, 18, of 6179 E. CR 400S, Pierceton, arrested for being a minor consuming alcohol. Bond: $300.

• 10:57 p.m. Tuesday - Gavyn James Ness, 18, of 2220 E. Blossom Lane, Warsaw, arrested for being a minor consuming alcohol. Bond: $300.

• 2:15 a.m. Wednesday - Armando Ortego, 43, of 1692 E. CR 200N, #141, Warsaw, arrested for being a habitual traffic violator. Bond: $5,250.

• 9:54 a.m. Wednesday - Kevin Yousef Dwayne Hudson, 26, of 404 N. Parker St., Warsaw, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.

• 1:26 a.m. Tuesday - North CR 200E, 5,000 feet west of East CR 900N, Milford. Car hit two deer. Driver: Cherokee D. Sizemore, 40, East Center Street, Warsaw. Injury: Sizemore complained of pain to the right leg. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 3:26 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of Ind. 15 and West CR 300N, Warsaw. Car-van collision. Drivers: Paul A. Whitford, 34, Avilla; Karen S. Bartley, 63, West North Street, Milford. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

Incidents

• 2:25 a.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated in the 9100 block of North CR 200E, Milford. KCSO.

• 1 p.m. Tuesday - An emergency detention order was requested in the 1300 block of Mariners Drive, Warsaw. KCSO.

• 2:07 p.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license in the 5100 block of South Ind. 13, Pierceton. KCSO.

• 9:52 p.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested for being a minor consuming alcohol in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard. WPD.

• 2:53 a.m. Wednesday - A person was arrested for being a habitual traffic violator in the 500 block of South CR 325E, Warsaw. KCSO.
