Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for KB Financial Consulting Friday.

Keith Beers opened his business in the fall and currently works out of his home. Beers said he hopes to have a brick-and-mortar office at some point.

He said he partners with small- and medium-sized businesses to help the businesses with their growth by providing access to funds through a variety of different programs. The programs includes sales-lease back financing, asset-based financing, commercial property, accounts receivable financing, business loans and leases, equipment leasing and purchase order financing.

Beers said he is also open to working with individuals.

When asked what got him into the field, Beers said it was a combination of his background: corporate finance and entrepreneurship. He always wanted to get into the business of helping small businesses. After being a pilot in the Marine Corps, he worked in corporate finance in the area.

If someone is interested in Beer’s services, they can contact him by calling 866-307-5232. His website is kbfinancialconsulting.com.

Typically, business hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, but he said he’s open to working with what’s best for the client.
