• 8:53 p.m. Friday - Angel Aayon Cervantes, 46, of 907 S. Union St., Warsaw, arrested for public intoxicated by alcohol/drugs. Bond: $400.

• 9:38 p.m. Friday - Layton Reese Gibbs, 27, Peru, Ind., arrested for reckless driving, operating a vehicle while intoxicated and resisting a law enforcement officer using a vehicle. No bond set.

• 11:30 p.m. Friday - Dexter Wade Harvey, 32, of 3100 Frontage Road, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 12:46 a.m. Saturday - Dustin Scott Jansma, 31, of 317 Sophie Lane, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear and possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug. Bond: $5,850.

• 3:08 a.m. Saturday - Donar David Urbina, 35, of 215 S. Wood St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and having no invalid license. No bond set.

• 3:50 a.m. Saturday - Mitchell Wayne Jennings, 28, of Newtown, arrested for public intoxication by alcohol/drugs. Bond: $400.

• 4:22 a.m. Saturday - Odlanier Castro Nieves, 32, Goshen, arrested for resisting a law enforcement officer - fleeing on foot. Bond: $5,250.

• 4:46 a.m. Saturday - Juan M. Valentin Cervantes, 23, Cicero, Ill., arrested for resisting a law enforcement officer using a vehicle and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. No bond set.

• 2:17 p.m. Saturday - Michael Alan Kuta, 47, of 2441 W. CR 250S, #46, Warsaw, arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $6,000.

• 5:45 p.m. Saturday - Kevin Louis Brazier III, 27, Mishawaka, arrested for possession of paraphernalia, operating without ever obtaining a license and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. No bond set.

• 5:55 p.m. Saturday - Kiaha Nikole Bills-McCoy, 20, Mishawaka, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $600.

• 12:44 a.m. Sunday - Jack Reice Byrer, 30, of 1177 S. CR 400W, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery - simple assault. Bond: $1,000.

• 8 p.m. Friday - A person was arrested for public intoxication by alcohol in the 300 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 12:05 a.m. Saturday - A person was arrested for resisting law enforcement and on a warrant in the 300 block of Sophie Lane, Warsaw. WPD.

• 1:13 a.m. Saturday - A person was arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish in the 1000 block of East CR 450N, Warsaw. WPD.

• 11:51 a.m. Saturday - A weed eater, toolbox and fishing rods were reported stolen in the 300 block of South Main Street, North Webster. North Webster Police Department investigated.

• 4:17 p.m. Saturday - A traffic stop was initiated for reckless driving in the 800 block of East CR 200N, Warsaw. WPD.

• 1:05 a.m. Sunday - Criminal mischief was reported in the 200 block of St. Augustine Drive, Warsaw. WPD.

Warsaw Wraps Up Regular Season With Blowout Over Northridge
Playing the final game of the regular season Friday night, the Warsaw football team looked to end the campaign on a high not with a trip to Middlebury to take on Northridge. Thanks to some outstanding defense as well as two special teams scores, the Tigers were able to head into sectional play with a three-game winning streak under their belts with a 42-13 win.
