The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 2:56 p.m. Thursday - Misty Ann Kern, 41, of 704 E. Center St., Warsaw, arrested for theft with a prior conviction and misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.

• 7:24 p.m. Thursday - Laurianne Foster, 42, of 731 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish, possession of methamphetamine and maintaining a common nuisance. No bond set.

• 8:38 p.m. Thursday - Dyrell Aaron Kreis, 42, of 3211 W. CR 700S, Claypool, arrested for visiting a common nuisance. Bond: $400.

• 9:03 p.m. Thursday - Hugo Limon-Mellado, 42, of 45 E. Main St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspended. Bond: $450.

• 5:52 a.m. Friday - Devon Renard Jackson, 26, Sheboygan, Wis., arrested for resisting a law enforcement officer - fighting, reckless driving and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. No bond set.

• 2:42 p.m. Thursday - Intersection of Ind. 15 and Jalynn Street, Warsaw. Two-SUV collision. Drivers: Kevin W. White, 61, West CR 525S, Claypool; Rebecca M. Bever, 70, North First Place, Leesburg. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 9:10 p.m. Thursday - South Ind. 19, 500 feet south of West CR 800S, Mentone. Car hit deer. Driver: Gwendolyn A. Lewis, 42, Rochester. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 6:25 p.m. Thursday - Invasion of privacy was reported in the 200 block of Chickadee Lane, Warsaw. WPD.

• 8:25 p.m. Thursday - A traffic stop was initiated for a person driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension in the 2200 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. KCSO.
