NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a Default Judgment, Decree of Foreclosure, Order for Sale of Real Estate, and Order Foreclosing Security Interests directed to me from the Clerk of the Superior Court 3 Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-2105-MF-000011, wherein Lynx Capital Corporation and Indiana Community Business Credit Corporation were Plaintiffs and Wakecom, LLC and WAK LLC were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Default Judgment, Decree of Foreclosure, Order for Sale of Real Estate, and Order Foreclosing Security Interests with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on November 23, 2021, at 10:00 A.M. on said day, at www.zeusauction.com the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Wayne Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana:
Tract I:
The middle one-third (1/3) of Lot Number Forty-two (42), when said Lot is divided into thirds by East and West lines parallel to the North and South lines thereof, in the Original Plat of the Town, now City of Warsaw, as shown in Plat Book 1, page 52, in the office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Tract II:
The South one-third (1/3) of Lot Number Forty-two (42) of the Original Plat of the Town, now City of Warsaw, as shown in Plat Book 1, page 52, in the office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Together with all buildings, improvements, personal property, equipment, furniture, fixtures and appliances attached to or currently located at the Real Estate, which are encumbered by the Plaintiff’s mortgages and security interests.
Commonly known as 115 South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580.
Parcel No. 43-11-08-300-076.000-032.
Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
