• 8:02 p.m. Wednesday - Randall Alan Warren, 55, of 54 EMS B38 Lane, Leesburg, arrested for disorderly conduct. Bond: $300.

• 8:42 p.m Wednesday - Crystal Renee Grimm, 40, of 1576 N. CR 175E, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 9:54 p.m. Wednesday - Donald Craig Nelson, 40, of 906 S. CR 900E, Akron, arrested on a bond revocation. No bond listed.

• 9:22 a.m. Thursday - Henry David Kane, 43, of 1202 Wooster Road, #58, Winona Lake, arrested for felony failure to appear. Bond: $5,250.

• 1:23 p.m. Thursday - Alisha Marie Sallee, 33, Sawyer, Mich., arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $5,000.

• 1:32 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of East CR 500N and North CR 700E, North Webster. SUV-pickup collision. Drivers: Tami M. Zurzolo, 49, East Armstrong Road, Leesburg; Gerald D. Oswalt, 84, Robin Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.

• 4:11 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of East King Arthur Trail and North Camelot Lane, Cromwell. SUV-van collision. Drivers: Tilden C. Frye, 68, Camelot Lane, Cromwell; Genaro Magana Rodriguez, 49, Goshen. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.
