• 6:40 p.m. Tuesday - Skylar Michael Swihart, 23, of 2441 W. CR 250S, #129, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16. Bond: $6,000.
• 7:35 p.m. Tuesday - Richard Daniel Williams, 21, of 510 E. Main St., #2, Warsaw, arrested for dealing cocaine or narcotic drug and theft of motor vehicle. No bond set.

• 9:30 p.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and possession of paraphernalia in the 700 block of West Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.
• 1:35 a.m. Wednesday - A person was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated in the 1200 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.
