• 4:55 p.m. Wednesday - James Curtis Francis, 32, of 1776 E. CR 225S, #11, Winona Lake, arrested for intimidation and domestic battery - simple assault. No bond set.

• 5:31 p.m. Wednesday - Jeremy Flores, 40, of 814 E. Author St., #C, Warsaw, arrested on a warrant. Bond: $600.

• 5:29 p.m. Wednesday - Timothy Ray Ruggles, 48, of 814 E. Arthur St., Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery - simple assault. Bond: $500.

• 7:48 p.m. Wednesday - Kenneth Edgar Wilson, 70, of 9076 E. CR 1250N, Syracuse, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and refusal to submit to a chemical test. No bond set.

• 8 p.m. Wednesday - Kathleen Lynn Losee, 29, of 801 S. Elm St., Nappanee, arrested for felony failure to appear. Bond: $5,250.

• 8:59 p.m. Wednesday - Dennis Elmer Smith, 55, of 708 W. North St., #1, Syracuse, arrested for criminal conversion. Bond: $5,000.

• 9:59 p.m. Wednesday - James Lewis Griffith, 44, of 538 Clinic Court, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery with moderate bodily injury and strangulation. No bond set.

• 1:34 a.m. Thursday - De Kota Allen Holbrook, 25, Auburn, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.

• 4:12 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of East Henry and North Huntington streets, Syracuse. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Myra N. Contreras, 17, East Brookfield Circle, Warsaw; Timothy J. Wilson, 35, Culver; Gladys D. Graff, 78, East Putter Place, Syracuse. Injury: Wilson complained of pain to the shoulder/upper arm. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 8:25 p.m. Wednesday - 570 W. CR 300N, Warsaw. Pickup-SUV collision. Drivers: Jordan T. Shepherd, 27, East Burkhart Drive, Warsaw; Kierstyn R. Calobrace, 30, East Kyle Road, Pierceton. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 1:57 a.m. Wednesday - A warrant was served in the 2000 block of North CR 100E, Warsaw. WPD.

• 1:24 p.m. Wednesday - Fraud was reported in the 700 block of North Colfax Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 4:55 p.m. Wednesday - A warrant was served in the 800 block of East Arthur Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 5:30 p.m. Wednesday - Intimidation was reported in the 2400 block of West CR 250S, Warsaw. KCSO.

• 5:33 p.m. Wednesday - A person was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated in the 8700 block of East Hatchery Road, Syracuse. KCSO.

• 7:22 p.m. Wednesday - A warrant was served in the 4400 block of East CR 1300N, Syracuse. KCSO.

• 12:52 a.m. Thursday - A warrant was served in the 1600 block of East CR 200N, Warsaw. KCSO.
