• 1:59 p.m. Thursday - Lisa Marie Klinge, 39, of 208 W. Fifth St., Milford, arrested for manufacturing/dealing methamphetamine, felony probation violation, theft of a motor vehicle and misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.

Warsaw City Council Continues Discussion On Downtown Parking Changes
A soft rollout of the new downtown Warsaw parking technology and ordinances could come as early as August, with the official rollout in the fall.
