BE IT KNOWN, that Wells Fargo Bank, National Association as Trustee for Structured Asset Securities Corporation, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-OPT1, the above-named Plaintiff, by its attorney, J. Dustin Smith, has filed in the office of the Clerk of the Kosciusko Superior Court #4 its Complaint against Defendant DCS Mortgage, Inc., a California Corporation, and the said Plaintiff having also filed in said Clerk’s office the affidavit of a competent person showing that the residence and whereabouts of the Defendant, DCS Mortgage, Inc., a California Corporation, upon diligent inquiry is unknown, and that said cause of action is for default on the promissory note and to foreclose a mortgage on the following described real estate in Kosciusko County, State of Indiana, to wit:
A tract of land lying in the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 29, Township 33 North, Range 7 East, and better described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot Number 1 in the Sunrise Point Addition on Irish Lake, a plat in Kosciusko County and running thence South 36 degrees 07 minutes West, along Robert Lewis Road, 185.0 feet; thence North 85 degrees 37 minutes East, 98.25 feet; thence North 63 degrees 08 minutes East 98.25 feet to the inside corner of a concrete seawall; thence North 36 degrees 07 minutes East, 34.2 feet; along the water's edge of a Boat Channel, to the Southwest line of said Lot Number 1; thence North 53 degrees 53 minutes west along the lot line, 120.0 feet to the point of beginning.
commonly known as 38 Ems B38 Lane, Leesburg, IN 46538.
NOW, THEREFORE, said Defendant is hereby notified of the filing and pendency of said Complaint against them and that unless they appear and answer or otherwise defend thereto within thirty (30) days after the last notice of this action is published, judgment by default may be entered against said Defendant for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
