• 2:02 p.m. Sunday - Kayla Joy Losee, 28, of 3750 Lake City Hwy., Apt. A, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish, failure to appear and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $1,000.

• 6:47 p.m. Sunday - Douglas W. Diemer, 56, of 1520 E. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested for resisting law enforcement. Bond: $5,250.

• 10:07 p.m. Sunday - Shasta Nichole Daniels, 28, of 110 S. Main St., #21, Claypool, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish, driving while suspended with a prior suspension and operating a motor vehicle with a controlled substance in the body. Bond: $700.

• 10:39 p.m. Sunday - Chad P. Partridge, 42, of 1152 E. Lantern Road, Warsaw, arrested for resisting law enforcement and disorderly conduct. Bond: $750.

• 11:06 p.m. Sunday - Samantha Joann Guess, 34, homeless, arrested for disorderly conduct, resisting law enforcement and possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.

• 12:26 a.m. Monday - Johnnie Lee Gipson IV, 20, Elkhart, arrested for reckless driving. Bond; $500.

• 9:36 a.m. Monday - Chase Chiloa Davis, 31, of 706 S. Kinder Drive, Syracuse, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 10:50 a.m. Monday - Johnny Bernard Jones, 31, Elkhart, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $5,000.

Personal Injury Accident

• 10:51 p.m. Saturday - Intersection of North McKinley and East Main streets, Warsaw. Two-SUV collision. Drivers: Aubrey E. Gates, 29, North Parker Street, Warsaw; Manuela Vallejo, 49, Cambridge Drive, Warsaw. Injury: Gates complained of pain to the lower arm. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 3:26 a.m. Saturday - Intersection of North CR 300E and East CR 750N, Leesburg. Car hit deer. Driver: Jonathan M. Miller, 33, South Roosevelt Street, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 7:24 a.m. Saturday - East CR 250S, 200 feet east of South CR 900E, Warsaw. SUV hit deer. Driver: Lori A. Lamboley, 60, East Front Street, South Whitley. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.

• 9:30 a.m. Saturday - West Ind. 25, 300 feet west of South CR 900W, Mentone. SUV hit deer. Driver: Allee R. Ulerick, 54, Rochester. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.

• 10:02 a.m. Saturday - East Old 30, 200 feet west of North CR 300E, Warsaw. SUV hit deer. Driver: Kathryn E. Loehr, 44, East Epworth Forest Road, North Webster. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.

• 5:56 p.m. Saturday - East Ind. 14, 1,000 feet west of mile marker #6608, Sidney. Car hit deer. Driver: Cecilia M. Burchett, 27, Wabash. Damage: $750-$1,000. KCSO.

• 6:08 p.m. Saturday - East Prairie Street, 75 feet east of South Harrison Street, Leesburg. SUV hit parked pickup registered to Brandon Rodriguez, Lakeview Boulevard, Warsaw. Driver: Jason J. Locke, 50, East Prairie Street, Leesburg. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. KCSO.

• 7:29 p.m. Saturday - 730 S. Huntington St., Syracuse. The owner of a parked pickup, Jason C. Stoner, North Creek Bend Lane, Milford, reported a hit-skip to his vehicle. Stoner was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 8:01 p.m. Saturday - 11481 N. Ind. 13, 50 feet west of East Waco Drive, Syracuse. The owner of a SUV, Jason M. Wells, Columbia City, reported a hit-skip to his vehicle while it was parked. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.

• 1:14 a.m. Sunday - West U.S. 30, 200 feet west of North Fox Farm Road, Warsaw. Commercial truck hit deer. Driver: Stephen J. Maggi, 50, Franklin, Wis. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.

• 4:05 p.m. Sunday - 9554 W. Ind. 25, Warsaw. Car hit light pole. Driver: Sandra K. Gunnels, 77, Millers Drive, Mentone. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSO.

• 6:33 p.m. Sunday - Chapman Lake Drive, 45 feet north of EMS C23 Lane, Warsaw. SUV hit deer. Driver: Anthony J. Doyle, 50, Chapman Lake Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.

• 9:04 p.m. Sunday - Intersection of North Ind. 15 and East CR 350N, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Leester L. England, 52, East Water Street, Akron; Amanda N. West, 19, North Ashford Court, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.

• 12:40 a.m. Saturday - Officers initiated a traffic stop that resulted in an arrest for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and driving as a habitual traffic violator in the 100 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. KCSO.

• 1:50 a.m. Saturday - A man reported being ran off the road in the 200 block of West Main Street, Warsaw. KCSO.

• 3:09 a.m. Saturday - Officers initiated a traffic stop that led to an arrest for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and possession of methamphetamine in the 400 block of East Pope Street, Warsaw. KCSO.

• 8:42 a.m. Saturday - A person reported their windshield being damaged while traveling on the roadway in the 300 block of West Emeline Street, Milford. KCSO.

• 3:11 p.m. Saturday - A drug overdose was reported in the 5000 block of East Armstrong Road, Leesburg. KCSO.

• 3:14 p.m. Saturday - A horse and buggy that was parked at a credit union in Syracuse became spooked and broke away from the fence it was tied to. The runaway horse and buggy caused damage to the fence at the credit union, a restaurant sign and a parked vehicle in the 700 block of South Huntington Street, Syracuse. SPD.

• 3:58 p.m. Saturday - A traffic stop was conducted in the 700 block of East Center Street, Warsaw, and the driver was arrested for driving while suspended. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.

• 7:20 p.m. Saturday - A person was arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish in the 6400 block of East McKenna Road, Warsaw. KCSO.

• 7:53 p.m. Saturday - A person was arrested on a warrant in the 300 block of South Harding Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 9:49 p.m. Saturday - A hit-skip accident occurred and a person was arrested for driving while intoxicated in the 1100 block of South Huntington Street, Syracuse. SPD.

• 12:53 a.m. Sunday - A person was arrested on a warrant in the 300 block of East Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. KCSO.

• 12:54 a.m. Sunday - A person was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated in the 1000 block of East Jefferson Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 2:02 a.m. Sunday - A person was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and paraphernalia in the 1800 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 3:14 a.m. Sunday - A person was arrested in the 200 block of West Center Street, Warsaw, for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. KCSO.

• 4:32 a.m. Sunday - A battery was reported in the 1100 block of South Harkless Drive, Syracuse. SPD.

• 11:33 p.m. Sunday - A person was arrested for reckless driving in the 3400 block of West U.S. 30, Warsaw. WPD.

• 9 a.m. Monday - A traffic stop occurred in the 6900 block of South Ind. 15, Claypool, and a person was arrested for possession of marijuana/hashish/hash oil, operating with a controlled substance in the body and driving while suspended with a prior suspension.
