46510) to provide residents an opportunity to share their input on this federally assisted project to improve the wastewater treatment facility and express their issues or needs related with the drinking water and/or wastewater services.
If awarded,this grant of up to $700,000 will fund necessary improvements to the Town's wastewater treatment facility to keep the Town in compliance with environmental regulations. This grant and the wastewater treatment facility enhancements will benefit the households of Claypool, 54.9 percent of whom are low to moderate income households. The Town of Claypool will be committing at least 20 percent for their local match amount provided from a grant received through the K21Health Foundation. This construction project will not cause the displacement of any persons or businesses.
Claypool res idents are encouraged to provide their input regarding the issues they experience either at the public hearing or submit a written statement prior to the public hearing. Accommodations for individuals with disabilities or with limit ed English proficiency can be requested at the contact information below.
