• 12:35 a.m. Friday - Luke A. Sherman, 40, of 12351 N. Creek Bend Lane, Milford, arrested for battery against a public official. Bond: $5,250.
• 9:51 a.m. Friday - Kyle Steven Ousley, 28, of 5985 E. Old 30, #3, Pierceton, arrested for felony failure to appear. Bond: $25,250.
• 12:30 p.m. Friday - Brandon Lee Smith, 28, Winchester, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $300.

• 6:57 p.m. Thursday - North Ind. 13, 100 feet south of East Waco Drive, Syracuse. Car hit deer. Driver: Sara L. Pritchard, 20, West Wildwood Drive, Syracuse. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.

• 10:35 a.m. Friday - Tools were reported stolen from a vehicle in the 600 block of North Main Street, North Webster. North Webster Police Department investigated.
