• 9:13 p.m. Wednesday - David Michael Skaggs, 36, of 22 Indy Acers, Nappanee, arrested for possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $600.

• 9:37 p.m. Wednesday - Bambi DeeAnn Baier, 59, of 1 EMS B37 Lane, Warsaw, arrested for being a habitual traffic violator, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and possession of paraphernalia. No bond set.

• 10:10 p.m. Wednesday - Chadd Leroy Shumaker, 39, of 113 S. Wood St., Warsaw, arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond set.

• 12:57 a.m. Thursday - Lonnie S. McCoy, 45, Clear Lake, Wis., arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $15,000.

• 7:35 a.m. Thursday - Samantha Shannon Brown, 39, Overland, Mo., arrested for resisting a law enforcement officer, public intoxication by alcohol and disorderly conduct. No bond set.

• 10:18 a.m. Wednesday - Theft of a motor vehicle was reported in the 1000 block of West Lake Street, Warsaw. KCSO.

• 10:19 a.m. Wednesday - A hit-and-run accident was reported in the 600 block of South Harkless Drive, Syracuse. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 11:15 a.m. Wednesday - Intimidation was reported in the 600 block of North Main Street, North Webster. North Webster Police Department investigated.
