AKRON – Tippecanoe Valley School Board approved an 2021-22 agreement between the Board and the Tippecanoe Valley Classroom Teachers’ Association Monday.

The new salary range for teachers’ base salary will start at $42,225, which is entry-level, said Superintendent Blaine Conley. The top of the base range is $73,450.

Each certified staff member/teacher who qualifies and has a bachelor’s degree will receive a $3,900 increase. Each certified staff member/teacher who qualifies and has a master’s degree will receive a  $4,800 increase.

“We feel very blessed that our enrollment has gone back up. The state Legislature has provided additional funding for the budget and we feel very fortunate to be able to offer these salaries to our teachers,” Conley said.
