“Double your pleasure, double your fun with the classes of ‘70 and ‘71” is the theme of this year’s Pierceton alumni banquet due to the cancellation of last year’s banquet because of the pandemic.

The date of the banquet is June 26. Invitation cards have been mailed out or people can go to the alumni website at www.piercetonalumni.com to make them.

The doors of Pierceton Elementary will open at 5 p.m. for a time of visitation, and the dinner will begin at 6 p.m. Reservations for the banquet are due by June 18 to secure meals and a seat with your class. The cost of the reservation is $20 per person. They can be mailed to Pierceton Alumni, P.O. Box 288, Piercton, IN 46562 or made online. Along with the meal and business meeting, there will be a recognition of classes and staff, several items raffled including a special afghan, old yearbooks and gift baskets.

Anyone wishing more information about the alumni banquet or the Pierceton Alumni Association may contact Doug Gregory at 260-437-9936. If you have attended Pierceton School at any point, you are invited to be part of the banquet.

The association is also asking for updates of email or physical addresses for future mailings or information being put out.
