On May 23 at First United Methodist Church, Warsaw, the achievements of four young men that have achieved the highest award that one can earn in Scouting was celebrated, the Eagle Scout. The four men worked hard through their Scouting careers and during the pandemic to stick with and accomplish this goal. The Eagle Scouts are Sam Lechlitner, Nate Lechlitner, Gabe Bowers and Carson Kerlin. Scout Troop 730 is the oldest active Troop in Kosciusko County at 86 years. Chartered by the First United Methodist Church, Warsaw, the Troop meet on Monday at 7 p.m. at the Connection, 1692 W. Lake St., Warsaw. Scoutmaster is Joel Bowers and Assistant Scoutmaster is Bill Curl.
