The 3.6-acre property, located at 1003 Presidential Drive, Winona Lake, includes a conference/event center, two office buildings and two heated outbuildings, according to a news release from Mission Point Community Church.
“Our dream has always been to inspire a movement of people who go beyond the walls of the church to practically show and share the love of Jesus in Kosciusko County and beyond,” said Kondo Simfukwe, lead pastor at Mission Point Community Church. “We want this to be a launching pad for ministry in our community and we could not be more thrilled.”
Momentum Ministry Partners, formerly CE National, moved its home base to Akron, Ohio. Momentum Ministry Partners President Jeff Bogue said he is thrilled the property will continue to be a place of ministry and outreach.
“Our ministry has partnered with Mission Point Community Church and Pastor Kondo for many years, so we are ecstatic to see this become a home and headquarters for the church,” said Bogue.
The conference center on the property will serve as a place for student ministries and other church family gatherings throughout the week. It will also continue to be available as rental space for community partners. The grounds will provide needed offices, storage and Sunday staging space for the church.
“We are still dreaming about how we can best deploy the space we believe God has given us to make the greatest impact,” Simfukwe said. “We are just excited for the opportunities this new home will give us to equip our church family to reach our community Monday through Saturday.”
