• 10:49 a.m. Tuesday - Christopher J. Miller, 43, Plymouth, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.

• 11:07 a.m. Tuesday - Michael A. Phelps, 26, of 685 Fruitridge Drive, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16. Bond: $6,000.

• 11:20 a.m. Tuesday - Raheem X. Glenn, 26, Findlay, Ohio, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.

• 11:37 a.m. Tuesday - Desera M. Gum, 29, of 411 Lyon St., Apt. A, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $5,250.

• 6:40 p.m. Tuesday - Keenan P. Creightney, 22, of 419 S. Maple Ave., Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $500.

• 1:08 p.m. Tuesday - South Ind. 15, 2,500 feet north of West CR 1200S, Silver Lake. Semi left roadway. Driver: Dennis G. Mahnke, 67, Wauseon, Ohio. Injury: Mahnke was taken to a local hospital for complaint or shoulder and arm pain. Damage: $50,000-$100,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 6:25 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of East CR 250N and Boeing Road, Warsaw. Pickup-semi collision. Drivers: Andrew J. Yeager, 20, West Blackberry Trail, Warsaw; Jay L. Timmons, 36, North Greenwood Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 6:25 p.m. Tuesday - A hit and run accident was reported in the 200 block of East CR 250N, Warsaw. WPD.

• 8:27 p.m. Tuesday - Strangulation was reported in the 100 block of West Jefferson Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 5:05 a.m. Wednesday - A driver was cited in the 100 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw, for driving while suspended. WPD.
