Christian Science Talk Sponsored By Christian Science Churches

A talk on Christian Science titled “A new view of God and its effect on well-being” is being sponsored by Christian Science Churches and Societies of Northern Indiana. The speaker will be Phillip Hockley, a Christian Science practitioner and member of the Christian Science Board of Lectureship.

The talk will be at 11 a.m. May 22.

Pedigos Preach, Sing At Revival Services, Anniversary Service At Area Churches

Rev. Tim and Adena Pedigo will be singing and preaching at three services at two Warsaw churches.

The first two services are at revival services held at Christian Life Apstolic Church, 127 S. Lincoln St., Warsaw, at 7 p.m. May 14 and 11 a.m. May 16.

They will also preach and sing at a 15-year service anniversary service at Church of God, 1059 Rozella Road, Warsaw, at 2 p.m. May 15.



Highway To Heaven To Hold Chicken Port-A-Pit

God’s Highway To Heaven Church, 555 Webber St., Warsaw, will hold a Chicken Port-A-Pit at JB’s Furniture, 2101 E. Center St., Warsaw, on Saturday starting at 9 a.m.

All pickup is by 11 a.m.

Prices are $7 for half a chicken, $7 for pork chops and $4 for a cup of taters.



Claypool UMC To Honor Mothers Sunday

CLAYPOOL – Claypool United Methodist Church, 302 E. Section St., Claypool, will hold Sunday School at 9:30 a.m. and church at 10:30 a.m. Sunday.

The church will be honoring all mothers on Mother’s Day.

A beef and noodle drive-through dinner will be Friday from 4  to 7 p.m. Freewill donations will be taken. The proceeds go to missions.
